Legal and seller information
Who you are buying from, how you pay, how it is delivered, and what this site stores. Written plainly, because a page nobody can read is not a disclosure.
Who you are buying from
Cups Factory is the trading name. The seller of record, the company that issues your invoice and that your card is charged by, is:

Cups Factory is a brand of the company above. The cups are printed and formed on the BHD Printing & Designing machines in Al Seeb, Muscat, which is a separate company. You buy from, and are invoiced by, the company named above.
Payment
Prices on this site come from our own pricing engine at the quantity you enter. Nothing on the page multiplies a rate to reach a total.
Before your card is charged, the whole order is priced again on our server. If that figure does not match what the page showed, the charge does not go through and we contact you.
Cards are handled by Paymob on their own systems. Card numbers are entered into a form Paymob draws and are never seen or stored by this site.
Amounts are in Omani rials, to three decimal places.
Delivery
We deliver across Oman.
Printed cups are made to order, so the date depends on the size, the quantity and the artwork. We confirm a date with you before the job starts, and we do not publish a lead time we cannot keep.
If a delivery date we have confirmed is going to move, we tell you rather than let it pass.
Returns and cancellations
Printed cups are made to your artwork after you have approved a proof, so they cannot be resold and are not returnable because you changed your mind. That is the trade in custom manufacturing and it is why the proof step exists: nothing runs until you say yes.
If the cups arrive damaged, short, or not to the proof you approved, tell us and we replace or refund them. Tell us within a reasonable time of delivery and keep the cartons.
You can cancel before we start printing and pay nothing. Once a job is on the press the material is committed.
None of this reduces the rights you have under Oman’s consumer protection law.
Privacy
What we collect, and only when you give it: your phone number or email to sign you in with a one-time code, your delivery address, your artwork file, and your order.
What stays on your device: the size and quantity you were looking at, and your answer to the cookie question. Both are in this browser and neither is sent anywhere.
Measurement is off until you allow it. If you allow it, what is sent is the step you reached and the quantity and size, never your name, number, email or filename.
We do not sell anything about you and there is no advertising tracking on this site.
To see or delete what we hold, email us and we will do it.
Terms
An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when you place it.
The proof you approve is what we print. If artwork you supply is low resolution, has text that is not outlined, or puts detail in the seam, we tell you before we run it.
Quantities on a run of printed cups can vary slightly. If a run comes in short of the quantity you paid for, we make up the difference or refund it.
These terms are governed by the law of the Sultanate of Oman.
