How a paper cup is made

Paper, then print, then cut, then form, then the run. This is what happens between your file and the carton.

  1. 01 Press The press starts. Sheets go in printed six blanks to a sheet.
  2. 02 Print Your artwork on the sheet, cut along the die into fan blanks.
  3. 03 Form A blank wraps around the mandrel and the seam is sealed.
  4. 04 Cup The base goes in, the rim is rolled, and the cup comes off the machine.
  5. 05 Run Cups stack as they come off, counted into sleeves and cartons.

From your order to your door

    You order

    Pick the size and the quantity on the order page. The price comes from the factory engine at your quantity.

  2. 02

    We proof

    You upload your artwork on the measured dieline. We show it on the flat blank and on the formed cup, and you approve.

  3. 03

    We print

    A 330 × 483 mm sheet carries six blanks. It is printed with your artwork, then cut on the die.

  4. 04

    We form

    Each blank wraps around the mandrel, the seam is sealed, the base goes in, the rim is rolled.

  5. 05

    We count and pack

    Cups stack as they come off and are counted into sleeves and cartons.

  6. 06

    We deliver

    Across Oman. We confirm the date with you before the job starts, and we do not publish a lead time we cannot keep.
